Jonathan Brandis
Jonathan Gregory Brandis was a talented American actor, director, and screenwriter, whose career began in the world of child modeling. His early ventures included commercials, but it was his transition to acting that truly showcased his skills. At just 17, he captured the hearts of many by portraying Lucas Wolenczak, a brilliant young scientist, in the NBC science fiction series seaQuest DSV. This role not only earned him significant recognition but also made him a favorite among teenage audiences, often featuring in popular teen magazines.
Brandis's impressive filmography includes notable performances as Bastian Bux in The Neverending Story II and as the young Bill Denbrough in ABC's miniseries adaptation of Stephen King's It. He also appeared as Barry Gabrewski in the family film Sidekicks, Mousy in Outside Providence, and Pvt. Lewis P. Wakely in the war drama Hart's War. Additionally, he lent his voice to Mozenrath in the beloved Disney animated series Aladdin, further showcasing his versatility as an actor.
