Jamie Foxx
Eric Marlon Bishop, widely recognized as Jamie Foxx, was born on December 13, 1967. He is a multifaceted American artist, excelling as an actor, singer, and comedian. Foxx first gained widespread attention as a cast member of the groundbreaking sketch comedy series In Living Colour, which aired until 1994. His success led to the creation of his own sitcom, The Jamie Foxx Show, where he served as star, co-creator, and producer from 1996 to 2001.
Foxx's portrayal of Ray Charles in the biopic Ray (2004) earned him numerous prestigious accolades, including the Academy Award and Golden Globe for Best Actor. He also received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Collateral the same year.
