Plot

Joe Gardner, a middle school music teacher passionate about jazz, finally lands a gig at the prestigious Half Note Club. However, fate intervenes when he suffers an accident that disconnects his soul from his body. He finds himself in the You Seminar, where souls discover their passions before entering new lives. To return to Earth, Joe teams up with 22, a long-time resident of the seminar who has yet to find a purpose. Together, they embark on a journey of self-discovery that challenges their understanding of life and what it means to truly live.
