With a career that commenced in 1959, Stevens gained recognition as an actress, model, producer, director, and writer. She captivated audiences in a series of beloved films, including Girls! Girls! Girls! (1962), The Nutty Professor (1963), The Courtship of Eddie's Father (1963), The Silencers (1966), and the disaster classic The Poseidon Adventure (1972), among others.
