Heinloo completed her secondary education at Pärnu Koidula Gymnasium in 1994. She pursued radio direction at Tallinn Pedagogical University for a year before enrolling in the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, where she graduated in 2000 alongside notable classmates including Maarja Jakobson and Tambet Tuisk. Seeking to expand her expertise, she later attended Brighton Film School in the UK for a year, focusing on motion picture production.

Her professional career kicked off with a five-year stint at the Vanemuine Theatre in Tartu, where she made her debut in Henry Fielding's "The History of Tom Jones, a Foundling."
