Milla Jovovich
Milla Jovovich, born on December 17, 1975, in Kyiv, Ukraine, is a multifaceted American actress, supermodel, musician, and fashion designer. She became a prominent figure in the science fiction and action film genres, earning the title of "the reigning royal of strikes" from VH1.
Starting her modeling career at the tender age of eleven, Jovovich gained recognition with Revlon's "Most Unforgettable Women in the World" campaign, and her portfolio expanded to include major brands like L'Oréal and Versace. Her acting debut came in 1988 with the TV film The Night Train to Kathmandu, followed by her first feature in Two Moon Junction. She gained fame for her role in Return to the Blue Lagoon (1991) and further solidified her status with Dazed and Confused (1993) and The Fifth Element (1997).
Jovovich is also known for her role in the Resident Evil franchise, which began in 2002 and includes multiple sequels. Besides her film endeavors, she released her music album, The Divine Comedy, in 1994, and co-founded the clothing line Jovovich-Hawk with Carmen Hawk in 2003.
