Abla Kamel
Abla Kamel Mohamed Afifi was born in Nakla Al-Graab, located in the Itai El-Baroud Center of Beheira Governorate. She completed her studies at the Faculty of Arts in 1984, marking the beginning of her artistic journey in theater. Kamel initially gained recognition through her performance in the monodrama "Nuba Sahyan." She then collaborated with renowned artist Mohamed Sobhi in a theatrical production, followed by numerous performances alongside actor Lenin El-Sandy.
Kamel is celebrated for her selective approach to her roles, consistently opting for projects that showcase her talent and depth. Her breakthrough in cinema came with her role in "Goodbye Bonaparte," directed by the esteemed Youssef Chahine, which helped solidify her presence in the film industry. She soon garnered widespread acclaim, particularly for her compelling performance in the television series "I Will Not Live in the Daughters of My Father." This success paved the way for her to become a beloved figure among audiences, leading to further opportunities in various television series.
