Noble Willingham

Noble Henry Willingham, Jr. (August 31, 1931 – January 17, 2004) was a distinguished American actor celebrated for his extensive work in film and television, with a career spanning several decades. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of C.D. Parker on the beloved TV series Walker, Texas Ranger, where his charismatic performance endeared him to audiences.
