Deborah Tucker

Deborah Lynn Tucker, originally from Evanston, Illinois, was raised in the vibrant Chicago area where she showcased her talents as a figure skater. A notable highlight of her early career, she earned the bronze medal in the Ladies' category at the 1985 World University Games. Following her athletic pursuits, she pursued a degree in Broadcasting and Film from Boston University.

Transitioning from the ice to the performing arts, Deborah honed her acting skills at the Actor's Institute in London and the Oxford School of Drama. She made her stage debut at the prestigious Edinburgh Festival, which paved the way for her move to Hollywood. Within six months, she secured a regular role in the sitcom "Living Dolls," followed by a recurring part in the iconic series "Dallas," adeptly navigating both comedy and drama.

After several successful years in the entertainment industry, Deborah took a step back to focus on family, marrying Ron Markezich in 1996 and settling in Seattle. The couple welcomed four children, including twins, within a short span of three and a half years. Once her children entered school, Deborah reignited her passion for acting, taking on a leading role in a corporate film series from 2008 to 2013, along with various short films. She continues to balance her acting career while traveling between the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Texas, eagerly anticipating new opportunities in the Southeastern U.S. as her eldest prepares for college.
