Plot
Evan Rendell's childhood was shattered in 1957 when his father was lynched after murdering patients in a desperate attempt to secure a heart for his sick wife. Decades later, Evan escapes from a mental institution, returning to the town bent on vengeance, systematically eliminating its residents. Jennifer and her friends, drawn by curiosity, trespass into the abandoned Rendell house, catching Evan’s attention. He realizes Jennifer suffers from a heart condition reminiscent of his mother’s and chooses her as his ultimate target, weaving horror into the fabric of his dark past.
