Tony Leung Chiu-wai (Chinese: 梁朝偉), born on June 27, 1962, is a distinguished actor and singer hailing from Hong Kong, celebrated as one of Asia's most accomplished and globally recognized performers. He earned the moniker "Small Tiger" as part of the famed Five Tiger Generals of TVB. Leung's remarkable career has garnered him numerous prestigious accolades, most notably the Best Actor award at the Cannes Film Festival for his iconic role in Wong Kar-wai's masterpiece, In the Mood for Love. CNN has honored him as one of "Asia's 25 Greatest Actors of All Time."

Leung's artistic collaboration with director Wong Kar-wai is legendary, featuring in seven of his films, including notable titles like Chungking Express (1994), Happy Together (1997), and The Grandmaster (2013).
