Audrey Long
Audrey Long was born on April 14, 1922, in Orlando, Florida, USA. She was a talented actress recognized for her performances in films such as "Born to Kill" (1947), "Pan-Americana" (1945), and "Desperate" (1947). Long pursued her passion for acting by studying at the renowned Max Reinhardt Drama School in Hollywood, where she earned a scholarship. Following her graduation, she signed a contract with Warner Brothers, marking the beginning of her film career. In addition to her acting work, she also modeled for Power’s.
During World War II, in 1943, Long participated in a nationwide campaign to sell war bonds, demonstrating her commitment to supporting the war effort. From 1944 onward, she transitioned into leading roles in B-movies at various studios, including RKO, Monogram, Republic, and Columbia. Long's cinematic journey spanned nearly a decade, but she chose to step away from the film industry in 1952.
