David Warner
David Hattersley Warner (July 29, 1941 – July 24, 2022) was a distinguished English actor celebrated for his versatile performances across film, television, and theater. Hailing from Manchester, Warner honed his craft at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art before making a significant impact on the screen in the early 1960s. His breakout role came in Karel Reisz's film *Morgan: A Suitable Case for Treatment*, which earned him a BAFTA nomination for Best Actor in a Leading Role.
Throughout his prolific career, Warner showcased his ability to embody both charming protagonists and sinister villains. His extensive filmography includes notable works such as *The Ballad of Cable Hogue*, *Straw Dogs*, *Cross of Iron*, and *The Omen*.
