Keisha Castle-Hughes
Keisha Castle-Hughes (born 24 March 1990) is a talented actress from New Zealand, having originally been born in Australia. She gained widespread recognition at the tender age of eleven for her captivating portrayal of Paikea "Pai" Apirana in the critically acclaimed 2002 film Whale Rider. This remarkable performance earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress, making her the youngest nominee in that category at the time, as well as a win for the Broadcast Film Critics Association Award for Best Actress.
