Overview

Aspiring boxing trainer Amirah Al-Amir, an Iraqi-Australian, has always looked up to her world champion father, Sami. Working at the family gym in Sydney's western suburbs with her two brothers, she boldly secures a professional debut for tough fighter Jess O'Connor, despite doing so without Sami's approval. Enraged by her defiance, Sami threatens to sever their ties. Caught between her ambition to revolutionize women’s boxing and her familial loyalty, Amirah faces a critical decision: will she prioritize her fighter’s aspirations or uphold her family’s expectations?
