Lindsay Hartley
Lindsay Hartley, an accomplished American actress, singer, writer, and director, was born Lindsay Nicole Korman in Palm Springs, California. With a diverse heritage of Ashkenazi Jewish, Greek, and Italian roots, Hartley has been captivating audiences since she began singing at the tender age of eleven. Her early talent was recognized when she was crowned a national pre-teen talent winner in the Young Miss America Beauty Pageant.
At just 14 years old, she made her professional debut as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at the Mc Callum Theatre in Palm Desert. Following a move to Las Vegas at 16, she graduated high school early and showcased her vocal prowess as the lead singer in the afternoon show, Viva Las Vegas, at the Las Vegas Sands Hotel. Her passion for performance soon led her to Broadway, where she starred in Grease!.
Hartley is perhaps best known for her role as Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald on the NBC soap opera Passions from 1999 to 2008, where she not only earned a nomination for the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Female Newcomer but also wrote and performed the song "Kiss Me" for her character. In 2009, she joined Days of Our Lives, followed by a role as Cara Castillo on All My Children. Additionally, she portrayed the character Mad Harriet on the tenth season of Smallville.
In 2013, Hartley reprised her role as Dr. Cara Castillo in the revived All My Children. More recently, she starred in the film Perfect on Paper and participated in the reality series Queens of Drama. Lindsay resides in Los Angeles with her daughter, Isabella Justice Hartley, born on July 3, 2004.
