Jacob Derwig
Jacob Derwig is a prominent Dutch actor known for his work in both film and television. He has been part of the prestigious Toneelgroep Amsterdam theatre company since 2005. Derwig's talent was recognized early in his career; he received a Louis d'Or nomination in 2008 for his performance in the production *Naar Damascus*, and in 2006, he was nominated for an Arlecchino for his role in *Opening Night*. Additionally, he was honored with the Paul Steenbergen-penning in 2008, awarded to him by fellow actor Pierre Bokma.
Before joining Toneelgroep Amsterdam, Derwig showcased his skills with other theatre companies, including 't Barre Land and De Trust. Notably, he portrayed the title character in an acclaimed rendition of *Hamlet*, which earned him another Louis d'Or nomination.
