She gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Marcia Brady in *The Brady Bunch Movie* (1995) and its sequel, *A Very Brady Sequel* (1996). Her career began in 1989 with the Nickelodeon series *Hey Dude*, where she played Melody Hanson, a role she held until 1991 while also making guest appearances on various shows.

Taylor showcased her comedic talents in films such as *The Craft* (1996) as the antagonist Laura Lizzie and in *The Wedding Singer* (1998) as Holly Sullivan, cousin to Drew Barrymore's character.
