Christopher Chittell

Christopher Chittell is a prominent English actor, most renowned for his enduring portrayal of Eric Pollard on ITV's longstanding soap opera, Emmerdale. Having joined the cast in 1986, Chittell has become the longest-serving character on the show, captivating audiences for over three decades. In 2016, he celebrated a personal milestone by marrying his Emmerdale co-star, Lesley Dunlop. Prior to this, he was married to Caroline Hunt, with whom he shares two children.
