Luis Contreras (September 18, 1950 – June 20, 2004) was a notable American character actor, recognized for his impactful roles in various films. Born to actor Roberto Contreras, Luis made his cinematic debut in the iconic science fiction film "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." He became a frequent collaborator with director Walter Hill, appearing in several of his films, including "The Long Riders," "48 Hrs.," "Extreme Prejudice," "Red Heat," "Geronimo: An American Legend," and "Last Man Standing."

Contreras is perhaps best remembered for his role as Biker #2, the eye-patch-wearing member of Satan's Helpers in the cult classic "Pee-wee's Big Adventure." In a memorable scene, he suggests his gang take drastic measures against Pee-wee after he accidentally knocks over their motorcycles but later surprises everyone by wishing Pee-wee good luck as he dazzles them with his dance moves.

Luis Contreras's contributions to the film industry left a lasting impression, showcasing his versatility and talent as a character actor. Tragically, he passed away from cancer in 2004 at the age of 53, but his performances continue to be celebrated by fans of classic cinema.
