Plot
After a tragic accident in the ring leaves a rival dead, former kickboxing cop Joe Highhawk retreats to the Arizona desert, seeking a quieter life. Occasionally assisting the local sheriff in tracking drug traffickers, Joe's peaceful existence is shattered when he meets Claudia and her dim-witted brother Anthony. They are on the run after Claudia embezzles $20 million from the ruthless drug lord Santos.
