David Talbot

He gained prominence as the founder and former editor-in-chief of the pioneering online magazine, Salon, which he established in 1995. Under his leadership, Salon quickly attracted a devoted readership and reported on several major national issues.

Talbot's post-Salon career has been marked by extensive research and writing on significant historical events, particularly the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. His editorial experience includes roles at reputable publications such as Mother Jones and The San Francisco Examiner, along with contributions to Time, The New Yorker, and Rolling Stone.
