Raised in Huntington Beach, California, Amy discovered her passion for acting during her high school years, leading her to study at the Academy for the Performing Arts in her hometown.

Throughout her career, Grabow has built an impressive television portfolio, with notable appearances in popular series such as *Charmed*, *Mad TV*, *Monk*, and *Saved by the Bell: New Class*. She was a series regular on the shows *Cloud Nine* and *Space Orphans*, and has lent her talents to numerous commercials.
