Ryan Dillon

Ryan Dillon, born on May 25, 1988, is a talented American puppeteer best known for his role as Elmo, a position he has held since 2013 after succeeding Kevin Clash.

Dillon's journey with the Jim Henson Company began in 2005, where he initially contributed as an ensemble muppeteer. His versatility has allowed him to take on various characters, including Cooper and Paul Ball, in the interactive series Sesame Street TV for Xbox Kinect. Furthermore, he showcased his skills as Elmo in the CBeebies co-production of Sesame Street known as The Furchester Hotel, appearing throughout all four seasons of the show.

Through his dynamic performances and dedication to his craft, Ryan Dillon has left a significant mark on children’s entertainment, continuing the legacy of one of the most beloved characters in television history.
