Igor Jijikine, born on July 4, 1965, is a Russian actor who has established his career in both Los Angeles and Moscow. In recent years, he has collaborated with renowned directors such as Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood, and J.J. Abrams, and has featured in numerous high-profile commercials for leading brands.

In addition to his acting career, Igor is a skilled athlete and stage artist. He earned the title of Master of Sports during his time in the USSR and has showcased his talents with prominent performance groups including the Moscow State Circus, Donn Arden’s “Jubilee,” and Cirque du Soleil's "Mystere" in Las Vegas.

Igor is perhaps best known for his role as Dovchenko in Steven Spielberg's "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." This character, which was originally portrayed by the late Pat Roach, is depicted as the fierce leader of the Soviet commando team in pursuit of the crystal skull.

Furthermore, Jijikine contributed to the realm of video games, appearing in the real-time strategy titles "Emperor: Battle for Dune," "Red Alert 2," and its expansion "Yuri's Revenge," developed by Westwood Studios.
