Oliver Clark, born Richard Mardirosian on January 4, 1939, in Buffalo, New York, is a renowned American character actor with Armenian roots. He is the son of Afro (née Karahos) and Matthew Mardirosian, and he has a brother, Tom Mardirosian, who also pursued a career in acting.

He is best recognized for his role as John Doe #6 on the acclaimed NBC drama *St. Elsewhere*, where he portrayed a charming and humorous psychiatric patient.
