Plot

Twenty-nine-year-old Elgar Enders seeks a fresh start by purchasing a building in a predominantly black neighborhood of Park Slope, Brooklyn. His initial plan revolves around evicting the tenants to transform the property into upscale apartments. However, as he immerses himself in the community, Elgar's perspective shifts dramatically.
