Fiona Shaw, born Fiona Mary Wilson on July 10, 1958, is a renowned Irish actress celebrated for her contributions to film and theatre. She has performed extensively with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre, gaining acclaim across various media. In 2020, Shaw was recognized as the 29th greatest film actor in Ireland by The Irish Times and was honored with the title of Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) by Queen Elizabeth II in 2001.
