Elmer Earl "Butch" Hartman IV, born on January 10, 1965, is a distinguished American animator, storyboard artist, YouTuber, illustrator, and voice actor, celebrated for his innovative contributions to animated television. He gained widespread fame as the creator of beloved Nickelodeon series such as The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy, and Bunsen Is a Beast. Hartman established his own production company, Billionfold Inc., which has been instrumental in producing many of his iconic shows. Notably, he served as the executive producer for The Fairly OddParents throughout its impressive 16-year run.
