Plot

Timmy Turner, now 23 yet still in fifth grade, grapples with the challenges of adulthood in Dimmsdale. His fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, and fairy godbrother Poof remain by his side as Timmy discovers a loophole in the fairy rulebook: acting like a child allows him to keep his magical companions. However, complications arise when Tootie, once an awkward girl, returns as a stunning woman, igniting Timmy’s romantic feelings and threatening his fairy status. Meanwhile, oil tycoon Hugh J. Magnate, Jr. conspires with Mr. Crocker to exploit Timmy's magic for his business ambitions.
