Ryan Phillippe
Matthew Ryan Phillippe, born on September 10, 1974, is a well-known American actor. He gained initial recognition for his role as Billy Douglas in the soap opera *One Life to Live* from 1992 to 1993, followed by his film debut in *Crimson Tide* (1995).
