Plot
In Seattle, detective Quentin Conners faces unjust suspension after a tragic incident on the Pearl Street Bridge, where both a hostage and a criminal lose their lives. With his partner Jason York resigning from the force, Conners takes charge of a bank heist operation, teaming up with rookie Shane Dekker. The gang, led by the cunning Lorenz, appears to leave the bank untouched. However, as the investigation unfolds, the police discover that the criminals have implemented a virus to siphon one billion dollars from various accounts, cleverly utilizing Chaos Theory. Complicating matters, Lorenz begins eliminating his own accomplices.
