Don Barclay, originally named Donn Van Tassel Barclay, was an accomplished American actor, artist, and caricaturist, born on December 26, 1892. His career in entertainment spanned nearly five decades, with notable performances beginning with the iconic Keystone Cops in 1915 and extending to his appearance in the beloved film Mary Poppins in 1964.
