Ellie Harvie

Ellie Harvie, born on April 7, 1965, in Belleville, Canada, is a talented Canadian actress celebrated for her diverse roles in television and film. She gained widespread recognition for portraying Morticia Addams in the popular series The New Addams Family, which aired from 1998 to 1999. Harvie is also well-known for her role as Dr. Lindsey Novak in the beloved sci-fi series Stargate SG-1 and its spin-off, Stargate Atlantis.

Her journey in the performing arts began in theater, where she was a member of the Vancouver TheatreSports troupe. In 1995, she showcased her improvisational skills by winning the Just for Laughs Improv Tournament in Montreal, which further solidified her reputation in comedy. Harvie's talent earned her a nomination for a Gemini Award, recognizing her contributions to comedic performances.

Beyond television, she has appeared in several films, including The 6th Day (2000), Love Happens (2009), and Tooth Fairy (2010).
