Plot

Excitement buzzes through Lawrenceton as a Hollywood crew arrives to shoot a movie based on librarian Aurora Teagarden. The atmosphere quickly shifts when the lead actress is discovered murdered in her dressing room. Determined to solve the mystery, Aurora rallies her Real Murders Club for a clue hunt. Meanwhile, she grapples with jealousy over Aida’s growing interest in the film’s director, who is among the suspects. Tension escalates when Martin learns that the screenwriter, with a past romantic link to Aurora, becomes the prime suspect, raising alarms about her safety.
