Mary J. Blige

Mary Jane Blige, born on January 11, 1971, is a renowned American singer, songwriter, actress, and philanthropist. She embarked on her musical journey in 1989 as a backing vocalist for Uptown Records. Over her illustrious career, Blige has released 13 studio albums, eight of which have achieved multi-platinum status globally. To date, she has sold over 80 million records, earning her numerous accolades including nine Grammy Awards, four American Music Awards, and twelve Billboard Music Awards.
