Judith Amanda "Judy" Geeson, born on September 10, 1948, is a celebrated English actress known for her work in film, television, and theater. Geeson's rise to fame began with her role as the rebellious Pamela Dare in the 1967 film *To Sir, with Love*, where she shared the screen with Sidney Poitier and the iconic singer Lulu. That same year, she appeared in *Berserk!* and gained further recognition for her performance in the BBC soap opera *The Newcomers*. She became a household name in the 1970s with her portrayal of Caroline Penvenen Enys in the beloved costume drama *Poldark*.

Throughout her career, Geeson starred in several notable films, including *Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush* (1967), *Prudence and the Pill*, *10 Rillington Place*, *Doomwatch*, and *Brannigan*. On television, she played the lead role of Susan Mount in the series *Danger UXB* alongside Anthony Andrews, and she was cast as Fulvia in the sci-fi show *Star Maidens*.

In 1984, Geeson moved to Los Angeles, where she took on various roles, including a memorable stint as Maggie Conway on the popular sitcom *Mad About You*. She also appeared as Sandrine in two episodes of *Star Trek: Voyager*. In addition to her acting career, Geeson had a passion for antiques, running an antique store, Blanche & Co., in Beverly Hills for a decade, until its closure in December 2009.
