Plot

Peggy Heller struggles to overcome the deep scars left by a violent assault in her past. Finding solace in her marriage to Robert, a devoted schoolmaster, they create a seemingly idyllic life in a charming home on the school grounds. However, Peggy becomes increasingly convinced that the headmaster harbors sinister intentions toward her.
