Masako Motai
Masako Motai, a Japanese actress hailing from Shibuya in Tokyo, began her acting journey in the early 1970s, around 1972. She became a member of Shasha Co. and, in 1979, co-founded the theater troupe Gekidan Sanjyumaru alongside Eri Watanabe. Initially, she focused on directing but soon transitioned into performing.
In 1984, Motai took on a significant role as a teacher in the television drama "Takeshi's Gakumon no Susume". The following year marked the start of her extensive presence on television, where she made appearances in various dramas and programs, including "OH! Takeshi" and "Haru no Hato", among others. Her versatility and dedication to her craft have allowed her to remain a prominent figure in the Japanese entertainment industry.
