Robert Picardo
Robert Picardo, an American actor born on October 27, 1953, is widely recognized for his diverse roles across television and film. He gained prominence for his character Dr. Dick Richards in ABC's acclaimed series China Beach. Picardo is perhaps most famous for his role as the Emergency Medical Hologram, affectionately referred to as The Doctor, in UPN's Star Trek: Voyager.
