Plot

Mega-promoter Colin Beverly sets his sights on ruining the New Year's 1983 concert organized by struggling operator Max Wolfe. As chaos brews, Wolfe's devoted assistants, Neil Allen and Willie Loman, navigate the wild world of rock and roll while juggling their budding romance.
