Humbert Balsan

Humbert Jean René Balsan (August 21, 1954 – February 10, 2005) was a prominent French film producer and influential figure in the European cinema landscape, serving as the chairman of the European Film Academy. Throughout his career, Balsan was recognized for his ability to secure financing and distribution for a wide array of films, particularly those that pushed the boundaries of conventional storytelling.
