Christopher Fairbank, born on October 4, 1953, in Hertfordshire, England, is a distinguished English actor renowned for his portrayal of Moxey in the acclaimed comedy-drama series Auf Wiedersehen, Pet. Over the years, Fairbank has built an impressive resume, showcasing his talent across various television series including Sapphire and Steel, The Professionals, and The Scarlet Pimpernel.

In addition to his television work, he lent his voice to beloved animated projects, contributing to the Aardman features Curse of the Were-Rabbit and Flushed Away. Fairbank made a memorable appearance as one of the muggers in Tim Burton's iconic 1989 film Batman, marking the film's thrilling introduction of the titular superhero.
