Plot
Amid the twilight of Stalin's rule, a doctor named Marina Hands navigates a treacherous society rife with fear and suspicion, where anyone could betray her to the regime. Despite her desire for anonymity, rumors of her exceptional healing skills lead to an unexpected summons. Instead of facing the notorious Lubyanka prison, she finds herself at the Kremlin, summoned to tend to the ailing dictator, Uncle Joe (André Dussollier). Though frail and suffering, his cunning and malice remain sharp, making her precarious position even more dangerous.
