Plot
Set in the quiet, former seaport town of Uobuka, six ex-convicts are placed there by the government for rehabilitation, unbeknownst to the local residents. Tsukisue, a diligent municipal official overseeing the initiative, gradually uncovers the troubled histories of these individuals.
