Plot
Ellen Foster visits her aunt along the picturesque California coastline and encounters her enigmatic neighbor, Jeff Cohalan, who resides in a striking clifftop home. Drawn to Jeff, she soon discovers he is beset by a string of troubling incidents that range from minor mishaps to serious accidents.
