Plot
Jean, the conservative mayor of a quaint town, is preparing for another election term when his world is turned upside down. His devoted wife, Edith, reveals a shocking truth she’s kept hidden for forty years: she identifies as a man. This revelation throws Jean, a staunch advocate for traditional family values, into turmoil. In an effort to maintain his campaign’s integrity, Edith proposes a compromise—she'll postpone her transition until after the election. As the campaign heats up, however, secrets and scandals threaten to emerge, putting both their lives and Jean's political career at risk.
