Plot

Antoine, a Greek professor, and Lise, a police inspector, are enjoying their honeymoon in Greece when they encounter a young couple: Charles, an archaeologist, and the charming Agnes. Charles discovers a stunning piece of a classical statue and plans to donate it to the Louvre, while Agnes has her eye on selling it and enlists a dashing local sailor for an appraisal. When the sailor is found dead, the police suspect Charles and arrest Antoine as his accomplice. Lise jumps into action, but Agnes manages to break them out of jail. Now, Lise must help them evade the police, uncover the true killer, and retrieve the statue fragment—all while more art mysteriously vanishes. What secrets does the statue hold?
