Plot
In 1904 Dublin, James Joyce meets the captivating Nora Barnacle, a spirited hotel maid from Galway. Drawn to her bold personality, he persuades her to move to Trieste, where he starts a new job. As their relationship deepens, Nora supports Joyce through his struggles with insecurity and alcohol, even welcoming his brother Stan into their home. However, Joyce’s jealousy strains their bond, prompting Nora to return to Galway with their children. Can Nora find a way to manage Joyce’s insecurities, and will he ever see his literary dreams come to fruition?
