Plot

Annabel Allison, a leading lady at Wonder Pictures, is frustrated with her lackluster publicity, particularly after her rival’s engagement to a Marquis steals the spotlight. Determined to improve her image, she persuades studio chief Webb to bring back the infamous publicity agent Morgan for her promotional tour. Chaos ensues as Morgan unleashes a series of outrageous, comedic stunts. Amidst the madness, Annabel finds herself in a prime position to catch the attention of a genuine Viscount, turning her promotional tour into an unexpected romantic adventure.
